This is a nirgun song (cultural song). Unfortunately we don’t have many of these in Bhojpuri. Does’t it makes a change from the double meaning Bhojpuri songs that we Biharis have to put up with. Kalpana is singing that; no one will come with you when you go from the world (die), all you will get is a couple of drops of tears and 2 feet of shroud (kafan). No amount of wealth, no house just your karma will follow you when you leave this word. The song has a lot of meaning if you listen to the track with interest - almost philosophical.
